Account settings
The Account page is in groups: You (your name, calendar feed), Plan (your plan, billing, and how long guest lists are kept), your organization’s name and team on Org, Emails to guests (your sending domain, where replies go, and “Sent with Kebler”), and Delete account. Organizers on a team see the first three.
Your name
Your name on the Account page starts each new event’s “Shown to guests as” name. You can change it per event.
Calendar feed
On Pro and Org, Calendar feed on the Account page gives you a private link to subscribe to in your calendar app (Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, and others), so your events show next to everything else. On Org it lists the whole team’s events; each organizer has their own link. Each event links to its guest list.
Changes show up when your calendar app next checks, which can be anywhere from a few minutes to about a day, depending on the app. Anyone with the link can see your events, so keep it to yourself. Reset link gives you a new one and stops the old one; Turn off stops it. When a paid plan ends, the link stays but shows no events.
Where guest replies go
When a guest replies to an invitation by email, the reply goes to the organizer of that event. Every email to guests ends with “Questions? Reply to this email to reach” your name and that address, and the calendar event says the same, so guests know who they’re writing to.
On Pro and Org, you can send replies to a shared inbox instead. To send replies to a shared inbox instead, like info@yourcompany.com, enter it under Where replies go. Kebler emails that address a confirmation link (good for 24 hours), and nothing changes until it’s confirmed. A confirmed address keeps working after a paid plan ends, until you remove it.
“Sent with Kebler”
Emails to your guests end with a small “Sent with Kebler” line. On Pro and Org you can turn it off on the Account page.
Delete your account
The account owner can delete it at the bottom of the Account page. It cancels your upcoming events (each guest gets a cancellation), cancels any paid plan at once, ends every session, and removes your address. It can’t be undone.
