Privacy and your data
The Privacy Policy is the full statement. In short:
- Kebler keeps what it needs to send invitations and record responses: organizers’ accounts, events, guests’ addresses and responses, and delivery records.
- No advertising or analytics trackers, no tracking pixels in emails, and links aren’t rewritten to track clicks.
- On Free, guests’ names and addresses are deleted 180 days after each event ends or is cancelled. Pro, Org, and Community keep guest lists while the plan is active; the owner can choose deletion after 180 days under Guest lists on the Account page. When a plan ends, the 180 days apply again 30 days later, so there’s time to download them. Queued emails are kept encrypted only until they’re sent.
- Guests never see each other’s names or addresses. Organizers see only their own events’ guest lists.
- Kebler may email organizers about Kebler itself (tips, new features, offers); you can stop these at any time. Your details are used only by Kebler, never sold or shared for anyone else’s marketing, and guests never get marketing email.
- Payments are handled by Stripe, hosting by Cloudflare, and email by Resend.
To see, correct, or delete your information, email hey@kebler.org. If you’re a guest and ask us to delete it, we remove your name and address from every event on Kebler. We respond within 30 days and may need to confirm it’s you first.
