Terms of Service
Last updated October 11, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Pruett & Co., LLC (“Kebler”, “we”, “us”) for using Kebler. By creating an account or using Kebler, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
1. Accounts
- You must be at least 16 to create an organizer account, and able to agree to these terms. If you use Kebler for an organization, you agree for it and confirm you may.
- You sign in with a code sent to your email. Keep access to that mailbox secure; you’re responsible for what happens in your account.
- On Org plans, the owner manages the account and its billing and is responsible for the organizers they add.
- Guests don’t need an account and don’t agree to these terms by responding to an invitation.
2. Using Kebler well
Kebler is for inviting people to events. You agree to:
- Invite only people who know you or your organization and would expect an invitation from you: for example your members, colleagues, friends, or customers you already deal with, or people who asked to hear about your event. They don’t need to have signed up for anything first, but no invitation should be unsolicited or go to a stranger. If you’re not sure someone would expect it, don’t send it.
- Don’t use bought, rented, borrowed, or scraped lists, or addresses gathered from websites or directories.
- Not use Kebler for spam, advertising unrelated to an event, phishing, or anything illegal, harassing, hateful, or deceptive.
- Not impersonate anyone, or use a name or domain you don’t have the right to use.
- Follow the laws that apply to your events and messages, including anti-spam and privacy laws.
- Not try to break, overload, or get around Kebler’s security or limits.
Guests can stop reminders, block an organizer, or report an invitation. We may pause sending from an account that gets spam complaints or many bounces while we look into it.
3. Your content
Your events, guest lists, and messages are yours. On Pro, Org, and Community, you decide how long guest lists are kept, as the Privacy Policy describes; keep only what you need, and remove a guest’s information when they ask. You give us permission to store, process, and send them only as needed to run Kebler for you. You’re responsible for having the right to use the information you put in, including your guests’ email addresses.
4. Plans and billing
- Free costs nothing and includes up to 3 upcoming events with up to 50 guests each. Pro is $9 a month and Org is $49 a month, in US dollars, plus any applicable tax. What each plan includes is listed on our pricing.
- Paid plans renew every month until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- The Community plan is free and granted at our discretion to informal, volunteer-run groups that meet the criteria. It lasts for the period we set, and we may end it if a group no longer meets them; the account then moves to Free.
- You can switch between Pro and Org on the billing page. Moving to Org starts right away, and you pay the difference for the rest of the current month; moving to Pro starts at your next renewal.
- You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the month you’ve paid for. We don’t give partial refunds for unused time, but if something went wrong, email us and we may refund you at our discretion.
- If a payment fails and isn’t fixed, your plan ends when the paid month does. Invitations you already sent keep working.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. The new price applies from your next billing month after that.
5. Plan limits
Each plan has these limits. A day or month is a calendar day or month in UTC.
| Limit | Free | Pro | Org |
|---|---|---|---|
| Upcoming events | 3 | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Guests per event | 50 | 250 | 2,000 |
| New guests a day (hard cap) | 50 | 1,000 | 4,000 |
| New guests a month (hard cap) | 150 | 5,000 | 20,000 |
| Emails a day (hard cap) | 100 | 2,000 | 8,000 |
| Emails a month | No monthly cap | 15,000 sent (hard cap) | 50,000 sent and received (hard cap) |
| Organizers on the account | 1 | 1 | Up to 25 |
- Hard caps stop at the limit. Email over a daily or monthly hard cap waits and goes out when the next day or month begins. New guests over a guest limit can’t be added until that limit resets; guests already added aren’t affected.
- New Free accounts: for an account’s first 3 days, the daily email cap is 25 instead of 100. Pro and Org accounts aren’t affected.
- What counts as an email: every email Kebler sends for your events (invitations, updates, cancellations, reminders, messages, RSVP-link confirmations, and the day-before summary to you). The Org monthly cap also counts the responses Kebler receives from guests’ calendars.
- So that invitations, updates, and cancellations can always go out, reminders, messages, and other optional email can use at most 75% of the daily cap. You can resend an invitation to the same guest up to 2 times a day.
6. Sending domains
On Pro and Org you can send from a subdomain you control. You’re responsible for the domain and its DNS records and for having the right to use it. If your plan ends, invitations already sent from your domain keep working for a limited time, and new ones come from Kebler’s address.
Mail from your subdomain builds that domain’s own sending reputation, which depends on whom you invite and how they respond. You’re responsible for it. We aren’t responsible for your domain’s reputation, for its appearing on a blocklist, or for any effect on other email you send from that domain or your main domain. If mail from your domain draws complaints or many bounces, we may pause your account’s email, as with any account.
7. Email and calendars
Kebler sends standard calendar invitations. We work to deliver every email, but we can’t control spam filters, mailbox providers, or how every calendar app handles an invitation, so we can’t guarantee every message arrives or appears the same way.
8. Ending
- You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. Deleting it cancels your upcoming events and emails a cancellation to their guests.
- We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts guests, other users, or Kebler at risk. When we can, we’ll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
- We may change or stop offering parts of Kebler. If we shut Kebler down, we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice.
9. Disclaimers
Kebler is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Kebler won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim about Kebler is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $50.
11. Indemnity
If someone makes a claim against us because of your events, guest lists, messages, or your breaking these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above, and for a change that matters, we’ll tell organizers by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using Kebler after that, the new terms apply.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be decided by the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.
