Troubleshooting

My sign-in code didn’t arrive

It usually arrives within a few seconds. Check your spam or junk folder, and search for “Your Kebler sign-in code”. A code expires after 10 minutes; ask for a new one if it has. You can request up to 5 codes an hour for one address.

A guest didn’t get their invitation

Look at the Email column on the Guest List:

You can resend with Manage, then Resend invitation.

A guest’s calendar didn’t update

Most calendars update on their own when you change or cancel an event. Some apps need the guest to open the update email first. If a guest deleted the original invitation, resend it.

“Calendar reply: Yes, not recorded yet”

Kebler records every calendar reply to a guest’s invitation as that guest’s response, even when it comes from another address (for example, they forwarded the invitation to a work account). You’ll see “not recorded yet” only on a reply received before October 9, 2026, or in the rare case Kebler can’t tell which of two answers is the latest. Manage says why; choose Record and the answer shown, such as Record Yes, or set another.

An invitation bounced

The address was wrong or no longer works. Open Manage for that guest, fix the address under Correct the address, and choose Save and resend. They stay the same guest, a new invitation goes to the corrected address, and the links sent to the wrong address stop working. This is for guests who haven’t responded yet.

“Email from your account is paused”

We pause an account’s email while we look into spam complaints or many bounces. Queued email waits. Email hey@kebler.org.

“Email from your account is on hold for review”

Kebler holds an account’s email for a day when a guest reports an invitation, someone marks one as spam, or several addresses bounce. Queued invitations, updates, and reminders wait and go out on their own at the time shown, so there’s nothing to resend. Addresses that bounced won’t be emailed again; check them for typos. To ask about the hold, email hey@kebler.org.

I can’t add more guests or events

You’ve reached a plan limit; Kebler’s message says which. See Plans and limits.
