Teams (Org)
On Org, up to 25 people share one account and see and manage all of its events.
Owner and organizers
Everyone on the team can create, edit, cancel, and delete any of the account’s events, invite and message guests, and export guest lists. The owner also manages:
- the plan and billing,
- the organization name guests see on every event,
- the team (inviting, removing, and cancelling invitations),
- the sending domain, the shared reply address, and “Sent with Kebler”,
- deleting the account.
Invite a teammate
On the Account page, the owner enters an address under Invite an organizer. They get an email and join by signing in with that address within 14 days. Someone who already uses Kebler sees the invitation at the top of their Events page and chooses Join or Decline; they keep their own account.
More than one account
One address can work in several accounts: an account of your own and any number of teams. When you’re in more than one, the name of the current account shows at the top of every page, beside Sign out; choose it to switch. An account is shown by its organization name, or else its owner’s name or address. Each account’s events, guests, and settings stay separate.
Someone who so far works only on a team can choose Start your own account on the Account page. A person owns at most one account, so Make owner isn’t offered for an organizer who owns one.
If you switch accounts in another tab or window, a form still open from the earlier account saves nothing and says so, so nothing lands in the wrong account.
Replies and summaries
Guests’ replies and the day-before summary go to the organizer who created the event, unless the owner has set a shared reply address.
Leaving or removing someone
An organizer can leave from the Account page, and the owner can remove one. Their events stay with the account. Someone who works in another account moves to it; anyone else is signed out.
Deleting an account ends every teammate’s access to it. If the owner also works on another team, they stay signed in there with their address, and can start a new account of their own later.
Hand over ownership
The owner chooses Make owner beside an organizer and confirms. That person becomes the owner, the previous owner becomes an organizer, and Stripe’s receipts go to the new owner. Only the new owner can hand it back.
