Responses and delivery
The Guest List tab shows every guest with their response and what happened to their email.
Guests
Guests who signed up with an RSVP link show the name they gave, with their address under it. Guests you invited by address show their address.
Responses
Yes, Maybe, No, or No response. “(was Yes)” shows a guest’s earlier response after a change asked them to respond again. Needs review is rare: it means Kebler got two answers it can’t put in order, or a reply to a version of the invitation it never sent. The calendar’s reply is shown, and you can set the response with Manage.
Some calendars let a guest add a note when they respond, like “Running 10 minutes late.” Kebler shows the most recent note under that guest’s response, with the date it arrived, and includes it in the CSV export. Notes are deleted along with the rest of the guest’s information.
Email status
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Queued | Waiting to go out, usually within a minute. |
| Sent | Handed to our email provider. |
| Delivered | The guest’s email provider accepted it. |
| Bounced | The address doesn’t exist or refused it. Check for a typo. |
| Marked as spam | The guest marked it as spam. Kebler sends them nothing more. |
| Rejected | Our email provider refused to send it. |
| Held, not retried | Kebler couldn’t confirm it went out, so it won’t send it again on its own. Use Resend invitation. |
| Not sent | The address bounced before, marked us as spam, or blocked you. |
| Replaced by a newer message | A newer invitation or update took its place. |
Delivered means it reached the guest’s mailbox provider, not that they read it; it may still be in a spam folder.
Export
On Pro and Org, export the guest list as a spreadsheet (CSV) for name tags, check-in, or your records.
