Reminders (Pro and Org)

Turn on Email reminders before the event in the event’s Settings and choose up to 3 times: 2 weeks, 7 days, 3 days, 2 days, 1 day, 3 hours, 1 hour before. Reminders go to guests who haven’t responded and to those who said Yes or Maybe; guests who said No get none, and any guest can stop them. A guest invited after a reminder time doesn’t get that one.

Message your guests (every plan)

On the Guest List, Message guests emails everyone at once (plain text, up to 2,000 characters; up to 3 messages per event a day). Leave out guests who said No is ticked by default. Before sending, Kebler shows how many guests it goes to and the email itself. Reminders and messages come from the same address as the event’s invitations; guests’ replies come to you (or your shared reply address). You can message guests from when the event is created until 7 days after it ends.

The day-before summary (every plan)

About 24 hours before the event starts, its organizer gets an email with the counts of Yes, Maybe, No, and No response, and a link to the guest list.
