What guests see
Guests never need a Kebler account, and they never see each other’s names or addresses.
The invitation
An email with the event’s details and a calendar invitation. They can respond from their calendar (Yes, Maybe, or No) or with Respond now in the email, which opens their personal page. They can change their response there until the event ends.
When you change the time, date, or place, their calendar updates, and anyone who said Yes or Maybe is asked to respond again. If you cancel, the event is removed from their calendar.
Kebler has been tested with HEY, Google, Outlook (Outlook.com, Outlook for Mac, and Microsoft 365), and Proton calendars. Other calendars that accept standard invitations should work too. Outlook for Windows hasn’t been tested yet.
Choices guests have
From the personal page in any invitation, a guest can:
- Stop reminders for that event.
- Block this organizer, so no further email comes from them, including updates and cancellations.
- Report this invitation, which records a report for us to review.
A guest’s personal link stops working 30 days after the event.
