Billing
Pro is $9 a month and Org is $49 a month, in US dollars. Payments are handled by Stripe; Kebler never sees your card number. Only the account owner can buy or manage a plan.
Upgrade
Choose Upgrade (or See plans on the Account page), pick Pro or Org, and pay on Stripe’s secure page. Your plan starts as soon as Stripe confirms the payment.
Manage billing
On the Account page, Manage billing opens Stripe’s billing page, where you can:
- Switch between Pro and Org. Moving to Org starts right away, and you pay the difference for the rest of this month. Moving to Pro starts at your next renewal.
- Update your card and see your invoices.
- Cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
Receipts and failed-payment notices come from Stripe to the account owner’s address.
If a payment fails
Update your card on the billing page. If it isn’t fixed, the plan ends when the paid month does. Invitations you already sent keep working.
When a paid plan ends
Your account moves to Free: your events and guest lists stay, new events use Free’s limits, and new invitations come from Kebler’s address. Invitations already sent from your own subdomain keep working for a while (see Sending from your own subdomain).
Refunds
We don’t give partial refunds for unused time, but if something went wrong, email hey@kebler.org and we may refund you.
