Invite guests by email. Or share a link. Or do both.
Don’t have everyone’s email address? Put the RSVP link in a newsletter, on your website, or in a group chat. People respond, confirm from their inbox, and get the event invitation on their calendar.

Free for the basics. Pro and Org for more.
Free covers the basics: create events, send invitations or share an RSVP link, and see how responses work, for up to 3 upcoming events with 50 guests each. Move to Pro ($9/month) or Org ($49/month) when you want your own subdomain, reminders, guest list exports, more guests, or a team.
Start free with no card, and upgrade when you need more. Get started.
Free includes
- Real calendar invitations. They arrive like any meeting invite, and guests respond Yes, Maybe, or No right in their calendar.
- A shareable RSVP link. Post one link in a newsletter or group chat. Anyone can RSVP with their name and email and gets the same invitation.
- Updates and cancellations. Change the time or place and guests’ calendars update, and anyone who said Yes or Maybe is asked to confirm again. Cancel, and the event is removed from their calendars.
- Delivery status for every invitation. See which invitations were delivered and which bounced, so you can fix a typo.
- Messages to your guests. Email everyone at once, or leave out the people who said No. Replies come to you.
- A summary the day before. A count of Yes, Maybe, and No in your inbox.
Pro and Org add everything in Free, plus
- Invitation emails sent from a branded subdomain. We’ll use an address like rsvp@events.yourcompany.com instead of rsvp@events.kebler.org.
- Automatic reminders. Up to 3, at times you choose, to everyone who hasn’t said No.
- A reply address you choose. Guests’ replies can go to a different inbox for your team, like info@yourcompany.com, instead of your inbox.
- Guest list export. A spreadsheet for name tags, check-in, or your records.
- Copy guests from another event. Invite the same people again without retyping their addresses.
- Team accounts (Org). Up to 25 organizers share one account, and events show your organization’s name.
Guests don’t need an account, and they never see each other’s names.
Works with HEY, Google, Outlook, and Proton calendars.
Other calendars that accept standard invitations work too.

Questions
Why not just send invitations from my calendar?
Your calendar may already do everything you need. Kebler is for when you want a separate, focused way to send invitations and manage responses: invite by email or with an RSVP link, and keep the responses together. With Pro and Org, you can also send from your own subdomain without moving your email hosting, and see your Kebler events in the calendar you already use through a private feed.
Do guests need an account?
No. Guests respond from their calendar or from the link in their invitation. Only organizers sign in, with a code sent by email; there is no password.
Why do I need to use a subdomain?
Guests respond to invitations by replying from their calendar, and those replies go back to the address the invitation came from. So Kebler has to receive mail at that address to record the responses. Using a subdomain you choose, like events.yourcompany.com, lets Kebler do that while your main address and email provider stay exactly as they are. You add a few DNS records for the subdomain, and Kebler shows you which ones.
Are unlimited events really unlimited?
Yes, Pro and Org include unlimited upcoming events. That said, guests per event have the limits shown above, and email has limits that protect delivery for everyone. With reminders on, each guest accounts for at least 5 emails per event: the invitation, up to 3 reminders, and their response, which Kebler receives from their calendar (via email). Updates and messages use more. The Org plan includes 50,000 emails per month, sent and received, and most organizations will never come close to it. For reference, a single event with reminders turned on for 200 guests will use a minimum of 1,000 emails. Every account also has a daily sending limit, and Pro and Org a monthly one; email over a limit isn’t lost, it goes out when the next day or month begins. The Terms have the details.
Who can see the guest list?
Only you (or your team, if you’re on an Org plan). Guests never see each other’s names or addresses. A public page can show how many said Yes, only if you turn that on.
What if I have other questions?
The Docs cover everything from creating your first event to plans, billing, and troubleshooting. If you don’t find your answer there, email hey@kebler.org.
Why “Kebler”
Kebler takes its name from Kebler Pass, a scenic mountain road in Colorado, home to one of the largest aspen groves. Aspen trees grow alongside each other and share one single massive root system. We liked the idea: individual people, connected by something they’re part of together.
